3. Orders, Pricing, and Trade Accounts
All orders placed via our WooCommerce storefront are subject to stock availability and acceptance by Blacksmith Jack’s. All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend pricing or cancel orders due to clear typographical errors or supplier discrepancies. Customers purchasing goods via an approved commercial trade account agree that these website terms supplement—and do not replace—their primary commercial credit agreements with Blacksmith Jack’s Pty Ltd.
4. Industrial Gases and Cylinder Rental
For purchases involving Coregas industrial gases or Trade n’ Go Gas, gas cylinders and equipment remain the property of the supplier. These transactions are subject to the official Coregas Standard Terms and Conditions and customers must comply with safety, storage and transport compliance detailed here. Customers are fully responsible for the safe handling, transport, and storage of all gas cylinders in strict compliance with Queensland safety regulations. Gas cylinders and certain heavy equipment may require click-and-collect fulfillment or specialized dangerous goods transport.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship tools, safety gear, and welding consumables across regional Queensland and broader Australia. Bulk gas cylinder deliveries, onsite refilling, and heavy machinery items are strictly limited to our scheduled regional delivery loops (including Mackay, Moranbah, Capella, Clermont, Nebo, Sarina, Proserpine, Airlie Beach, and Bowen). The customer must ensure a safe, clear, and unobstructed drop-off area for our delivery vehicles. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the specified shipping address or carrier.
6. Online Orders
Certain items, specifically Coregas industrial cylinders and volatile workshop consumables, are restricted to fulfillment only at our showroom at 17 John Vella Dr, Paget, QLD. Customers collecting dangerous goods or heavy machinery must present valid photo identification and ensure their transport vehicle is legally rated and compliant with Queensland transport regulations for securing and carrying such cargo.
7. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Returns
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Faulty Goods: You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- Change of Mind: Please choose carefully. We do not automatically offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases on special orders, heavy machinery, customized fabrication equipment, or gas consumables unless required by law.
- Equipment Warranties: For major industrial equipment (such as air compressors, premium power tools, welders and workshop equipment), warranty claims are processed in accordance with the specific manufacturer’s guidelines. Authorized returns must be sent back in original packaging with all components intact. All return authorization requests must be sent to [email protected].
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blacksmith Jack’s Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, operation, or failure of trade tools, welding plants, air compressors, or specialized industrial machinery sold through this site.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
